A standalone service block for a private villa in Al Warqaa, delivered end to end — excavation, foundation and waterproofing, the full concrete structure, and complete internal and external finishing.

Permitted through Dubai Municipality and built to the standard our name is about: documented at every stage, tested as we went, handed over clean.
